Talent Acquisition Intern



  • As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be a part of the recruitment cycle, ensuring the process runs smoothly.
  • You will receive training and be able to apply your knowledge to manage a talent pool at various levels.


  • Prepare job postings and be responsible for designing and writing content for branding purposes.
  • Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates for different positions.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database.
  • Overseeing tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and making offers.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
  • Support employer branding activities (including internal/external events and social posts).
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the leader.


  • 3rd/4th-year student majoring in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
  • Passionate about pursuing a career in recruitment.
  • Eager to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Familiarity with sourcing candidates from various platforms, especially free channels, is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in planning and organizing university events is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe, and Photoshop.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Hands-on recruitment experience with basic IT knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Good command of English is an advantage.
